Introduction
Angels, Demons, Deities, Demigods, Denizens of the Upper and Lower Realms,
You are cordially invited to gather for a Grand Masqued Ball, the biggest party in Hell for two thousand years, in the Infernal Ballroom of the Eighth Circle, in celebration of the expansion of our operations. To whit; two new thrones to fill.
To access the portal to my realm, you are summoned to the doors of the Ballroom of the Randolph Hotel, Oxford, on the 26th of January, 2007. This portal will be open from 7pm until 1am when a Casting Out will be enacted.
Dress in your finest. Mask is a must. Peculiar mortals wearing silly little plastic horn headbands, or silly plastic wings need not attend. My domain contains a special place just for you - and it's nowhere near the ballroom.
Yr Obt Svt.

Expect the spectacular, the grotesque, the magnificent and the terrifying. Your Host: the Prince of Lies himself. Be an angel, be a demon, be a thing which should not be. Dance the night away; and buy the Devil a drink.

In 2006, Edgar Allen Poe's immortal Red Death came to Oxford in the form of a second evening of stunning costumes and courtly entertainment from our fabulous team of jugglers, puppeteers, magicians, stiltwalkers and actors.
